Intergovernmental grant programs are an ever-evolving process by which State and federal agencies strive to meet the needs of local and county government. Granting agencies are numerous, as are the potential uses, objectives and eligibility requirements for these programs. Region III-A strives to stay informed, to maintain relationships and to be a resource. Our goal is to insure Northeast Indiana receives a fair share of these State and federal dollars, invested into community development and facilities.
