This 28-unit senior housing development in Ligonier, Indiana was dedicated on Septemebr 1, 2004. The $1.9 million project was the culmination of a partnership between the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, Indiana Housing Finance Authority, the City of Ligonier, Indiana Capital Management, Irwin Union Bank, Englewood Development and Region III-A.
