Areas where revitalization efforts are focused are often times the target locations. However, some cities offer tax abatements throughout their areas, while others only offer them in specific zones.
We work directly with companies seeking a tax abatement for a property. Our process includes gathering all the information on the project for the company and learning what they do. We identify that project and put together all the necessary forms where the designated body (council) would need to answer. From there we coordinate between the company, gathering everything as the mediary to help council make an informed decision.
